There’s no point getting a degree if it doesn’t change your job trajectory. Employability and inclusion are the keys to success. The focus of teaching, whatever the subject, should be to help everyone fulfill their potential, learn to learn and acquire competences that will give them an edge on the job market. With this in mind, I design and deliver inspiring, innovative teaching that is informed by my own research, professional experience and pedagogical best practice. I embed transferable skills training and specific employability activities within the modules, helping students with their career development.
